After half year research and collected information from internet, 3 man from machinery industry Anshun,Perak finally develop a new 7 tonnes of Excavators that can floating on the water to perform the daily usage. Which using this brand new Excavators, user can dredging , performing garbage removal and even ditch cleaning on rivers, ponds and lakes.
Kilang Besi Hup Lek from An Shun proudly introduce this brand new Ecavators to all just because this type of Ecavators not even can float on the water but also can perform normal usage in the land. Due to the size of this smaller Ecavators, it can enter to the narrow water place to perform.
Usually Large crane able to elongation hanging hand from the shore to perform work thru those water place, but such a large crane has few people will be driving and costly so after discussion they made up a mind to modify normal Ecavators to this brand new Ecavators that can able to float on the water.
Shareholder's from Kilang Besi Hup Lek also mention that this new Ecavators is rely on the pontoons to generate buoyancy, this will help the ecavators easily floating on the water, resolve the problem that those normal ecavators can not extend their work to waterplace.
They using ecavators origninally chains then modified it to form a pusher on the water. Shareholder's of Kilang Besi Hup Lek said that the first new Excavators already been sent out to assist small pier construction work at Taiping, Perak.
The current trial , did not seem to face any problem , the Ecavators is free to complete operations on land and sea. 

安順3名機械業者，從網絡收集資料相互研究半年，研發出能浮在水上作業的7噸神手。
由於神手能浮在水上，看來笨重的神手能如船隻般，自由浮在河海、池塘、湖泊的水面上進行挖泥、清除垃圾、清溝等工作。
設計出這款能在水陸進行挖掘工作兩棲神手，是安順合力機械五金貿易公司股東陳建德、劉景德、陳振強，他們向《大霹靂》社區報說，由於這輛研發出來的神手體積不大，能進入較狹小的水上空間進行工作。
他們指出，神手是依靠安裝在神手上的浮箱產生浮力，使神手能自由浮在水面上，克服岸上神手不能伸展到水中央工作的難題。
"我們採用神手的原本鐵鍊，進行改裝，形成神手在水上的推動器。"
陳建德說，首輛研發出來的兩棲神手，已被送到安順雙溪泗浬霹靂河上，協助興建小碼頭工作。
"目前的試用，看來並沒有面對任何問題，神手能自由地在水陸上完善操作。"
他表示，大型吊機能在岸邊伸長吊手，到較遠處的水上工作，但這類大型吊機，目前已少有人會駕駛，加上價格昂貴，所以他們便想到改裝體積較小的神手，在水上浮動作業。
